I agree with those mystery charges - these people should be jailed for such crimes...they are no different than street muggers - except they do it with the blessing of the congress and senate who approve all these non-relevant charges on your bill because guess what - part of that goes to pay them off for passing the stinking bills in the first place.
And customer service??? Just try calling ATT customer service sometime and deal with one of these gum chewing smart asses. Thanks ATT for really sticking it to us all.
